Where is the quiz factory referred in badges ?

Where can users submit quizzes ?
@kuba Thanks for answering. But I don't find anything other than rate and settings uner the tricolon icon!

oh i didn't update the app. now I found everything. Thanks a lot

It's one of the options under the tricolon in the main menu.
