I'd like to learn Arduino (I'm a beginner) but I can't find a good site/app that help me. Any suggestion?

Nice, I'm playing around with Arduino too, in my free time! For a guide to the programming language used to program the Arduino boards(a modified C programming language), I would suggest the book Getting Started With Sketches(Second Edition). As for learning how to use the Arduino boards, doing DIY projects is the best method I could suggest. I used The Arduino Inventor's Guide: Learn Electronics By Making 10 Awesome Projects, a book, to get started.
