How can I make the user to select particular part of image(HTML web)

Question

Lets say i upload a picture of car on my site.I want the user to select any part of the car for info of that particular element.For eg if the user selects wheels then i will show info on wheels.
In short my ques is how can i make it possible for user to select a part of a whole image for further proceedings
