Is there any negative point if anyone decline challenges?

I think there should be a rule for subtracting xp in case of declining challenge.

There shouldn't be negative points for declining a challenge. Just imagine what happens if a level 16 sololearner challenges a level 10 sololearner multiple times. It is highly probable that level 10 sololearner will only lose XP. We should be able to choose whether to take a challenge or not!

If the rule of deducting xp in case of declining challenges, we can simply ignore the challenges and they would get expired.
