it depends... do you want it to be built in in an IDE like Code blocks or Visual Studio? Or do you want to run it directly in an command prompt? Then there is g++ (also Visual Studio sometimes creates very strange errors, I understand them better in g++, but Visual Studio shows you directly where your mistake is)
