For Android you need to learn Java. It's just starting. You should know OOP, design patterns, OOP principles before you start to develop apps for Android.

start with python it has a really easy learning curve and you can start developing applications using tkinter(macos has natively python installed and uses tkinter for developing application on it search 'gui application using tkinter on youtube') which can make apps on any machine that has python.

Then you can learn other programming languages like java(native on android) , c++, objective-c(ios) , swift(ios)
