Do I need to be very good at English to be a best programmers because i'm Arabian / what should i do ???

It's easy to understand the basic terms in programming languages without being 'very good' at English. But if you want to be more advanced programer, your English skills should be at quite high level. Primarily, you have tons of tutorials in English, so yeah improve your English as well as developing skills.

Well yes, but there is a workaround. In a language like ruby, you can override nearly all keywords. So I think technically it should be possible to create your own Arabic programing language.

most reference guide original written in english, but at least the keywords use in a programming language is much limit.

i think more important is the ability of logic, math, abstract, curiosity, imagination.
