if I start from java . will I study difficulty? or should I start from c#? please give me suggestion

Which ever one you learn second will be the easier one. Doesn't matter which one you do first.

I see alot of replies to questions like these on this java section saying learn C because its some kind of root for all languages. Well it is not. I would not recommend C to a beginner. It is more likely to discourage them from learning programming due to its difficulty. Heck I doubt many developers have mastered C. So to a beginner, I would recommend a language like Python. Easy for beginners to learn yet you can still pick up the fundamentals of programming which you can use to learn other programming languages such as C. I'm not saying it is impossible for a beginner to learn C but unless you have some purpose in mind for it, you are better off learning something simpler to use. C tends to discourage beginners and I don't want that for you sir. So if you are a beginner I recommended you learn Python as your first.

C# and Java are quiet same whichever you start the second one becomes easier
