I am working as IT Exec (Sys admin) in gaming from two years n want to move to the core companies as Devops engineer, n i dont know anything about coding. So please suggest best possible way to understand coding.

You need to become familiar with the operating system, programming languages, database, and every other thing they use on a daily bases. Once you know that, hunt for tutorials that teach them on the web.
