How can I come up with project for scanning cancer and detecting diabetes and which language should I use for the project

Due to the fact that most of the medical practionier are not doing thoroughly diagnosis to patients due to the lack of good equipment to aid them, that is why am thinking this project will curb this problem

Daniel Ngwasi this is a great idea, but you need to understand what exactly you will invent - a diagnostic method, measurement equipment, processing method or something else. there are already many inventions of all this, but many of them have not yet been implemented.
