From the choices available on here. C#, python and ruby. C# would probably be the best. U can make apps in C++ also but as a beginner its better to start with one of those 3 as c++ syntax is more complicated

if you're more comfortable with web development u can also use HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make hybrid apps using phonegap. Even if u kno nothing about coding u can make great apps using phonegap. I personally don't use it because the drag and drop UI obviously won't help with learning code
