How do I make an ERP system/software/webpage (CLOUD BASED)

I am looking for someone to guide me how to make an ERP system for my college.
What i have thought is to make webpages and then combine them together.
I also decided to make an app which i have completed already.
IDK how to put it on a server / cloud.
And of there's any other efficient way of doing this.
