Please i need money to go into programming full-time that is studying it in a school and get a pc can anyboby help.

Sololearn is such a great place to learn coding, I'm actually learning better here than at my own college. I'd recommend you use this great free service with it's huge community to learn to code if you don't get the money to study. In the end, you're only as good as the projects you've done before.

You can do more on a PC yes but the IDE on this app is still good enough to do all the basics.
