I need to create a school management system llike Ekattor, can I do this alone or do I need to form a team

I have for long envied the Ekattor school management software, I was able to figure out that the software was designed using php, JavaScript, css and html. I really have been learning the above languages just to be able to achieve something likewise. I have learnt this languages a great deal, I really don't knw how to fuse the different parts of the languages together to achieve a particular thing. really need your advices.

Depends on your observations. because no matter how good coder you are you can't find all the bugs. also you need to know SQL very well
