use of the send complaint button

I like to play The Sololearn quiz. It contains huge amount of realy good questions. But sometimes I got questions with wrong (or multivariant) answers. There is the "Send complaint" button in the top right corner of the "view correct answers" page: exclamation mark which opens a submenu with items like "Incorrect spelling", "Wrong question", "Wrong Answer"... (in English, the captions maybe different). I used this button to send complaint about errors in some quiz questions. I used "Wrong answer" and used "Other" for explanation what is wrong in that quizzes. But during the game I sometimes see that wrong answer to quiz again even if I have sent the complaint about it two weeks ago. I understand that threre may be many complaints from players and moderators may be busy. But I can not see the status of my complaints and I don't know having seen them the moderator(author) or not (or maybe moderator didn't accept my complaint as wrong). Does it have any sense to send the complaints about wrong quizzes or it is just wasting of my time? P.S. I have experience in programming, I use Sololearn to check my skills before job-interview (I am seraching for a new job now) and to improve my skills in other languages.

@Avinesh I understand that moderators/authors/correctors (I don't know who makes the corrections) may be busy, I wrote about it. I agreed, that 2-week term is short. But there are ways to make it faster, for example, set priority of complaint by its count to concrete question weighted by an experience of a player. Additionaly, influence of a player on complaint priority may be changed by weighting the count of his correct complaints, and so on... But it is the task of developers. It is not a problem that a complaint have been considering too long, I just don't understand if it makes any sence to send complaints about wrong answers, since I don't even know the complaint have been accepted/rejected or it is still pending to be considered.

andriy kan you should not expect for a reply any time soon. A lot of users have reported such questions and have not received any response from sololearn yet. Also the moderators have nothing to do with that because they are mostly responsible for managing the content on the application. A lot of them have not yet heard from sololearn, so all I could say is just wait. The requests will be handled at some point because the team might be currently busy with something else.

andriy kan These type of works have slowed down for past couple of months. You can write to info@sololearn.com for suggestions but I again doubt if you will receive a response or not. There are people who are waiting for months without response.
