Why was the global number 4 get blocked having got over 1500points today

Leaderboard I do get the fact that if someone violets the terms and conditions of sololearn they get blocked but I still don't understand why the global number 4 of today was blocked and also that why do they remain visible in the leaderboard as number 4 is there something amiss with the blockage?? Please explain how this works. Unfortunately I can't even veiw his profile since he is blocked. I'm just curious and concerned

Paul K Sadler the profile is not available as he was blocked but he's still getting XPS loading. Unfortunately his profile name he used emojis that I don't have on my phone

Go to the leaderboard check number 4 and click on his profile you will see, the guy had been sending me challenges in the past few days so I just wanted to send some today

His/her weapon for the language you are trying to challenge may be turned off in settings (not accepting challenges). That would not prevent him/her from making a challenge with that weapon.

That would not however prevent one from seeing the profile.
