how to add friends by web version of solo learn??

You can't follow people on sololearn's web version.

there is no activity feed on web version so you can't see activity of any user.

It doesn't have "my network" filter for discuss and code playground section to see questions & codes of people you follow.

Mobile version is the only way to do that.
