I created an awesome page in the mid 90's with 0 training as a 14 year old. how long depends on you, it is completely subjective. are you smart? does html code make sense to you? what do you consider a "good" page. are you talking a site or a single page? once you create the style you like for your site, you can use that as a template for your other pages so they will be much faster to put together.

you can do it, this I have no doubt about.. how long, only you can answer that
