How far from JavaScript coder I am when only finishing this course?

What should I do when I finish this course to learn JavaScript if I don't understand nothing where and how I can use what I learned and want to learn developing apps and for begging only thru android phone
and what should I learn or everything together? atm I am learning some html CSS and JavaScript

Can someone give a tutorial where I can build the simplest app or game or something? I have spent lots of days by doing courses here and before also I spent weeks of courses reading and watching videos about JavaScript but don't understand nothing from it and can't figure out how to learn further?
