I also would recommend to use the HTML and CSS projects form the Odin Project and FreeCodeCamp curriculum. Just avoid the JavaScript and framework ones.
FreeCodeCamp: https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn
Odin Project https://www.theodinproject.com/courses/html5-and-css3
Or this 100 days of CSS, one day per challenge.
https://100dayscss.com/
Or this challenge that has 30 CSS challenges, one per day.

Finally, you can use W3Schools exercises and quizzes for HTML and CSS.
HTML: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_exercises.asp
CSS: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_exercises.asp
Good luck! :)

Hey! There are a couple of resources that I find interesting.
The first one is to try to replicate websites that you like. The actual websites uses a lot of grids so it's perfect for practice. But if you want to start from de basics you can go to old websites (there is a museum of internet, and there is another i don't remember the name but it's something like wayback machine) and search for the first pages with css3 on it.
The other one is to do weekly or daily challenges. There are a lot of those on internet. Like hackatons.
I hope it helps!

I think sololearn will provide you a best platform as a beginner. But if you want there are many choices

i'm still a beginner here and i just go back to 'My First Blog' and add things that i learned and like. WordPress is a place i have several blogs, but none that I've created from scratch utilizing their HTML option. This is a great place too to practice and see your output, i think. However, like you, I can't wait to see where else I may just create and see the output at work. Good Luck!
