Dynamic memory allocation of different column

Question

Is it possible to allocate memory for a 2D table which has N rows but for each row, no. of elements in it is not same
Example: 1st-row has 4 elements but 2nd-row have 6 and 3rd have 3, ... and so on.
like the above example, if it is possible then what are the ways to allocate memory in c language
