Can't the sololearn compiler run offline?

It cannot. How it works is that you send your code and inputs to SoloLearns servers, it runs them through a compiler there, and the result is sent back to you.
If you don't want to worry about an internet connection, you'll have to get the compiler and software you need on a computer.

if that happened it will be massive size which is a another problem & that isn't wanted
