Someone told me i could use wordpress to create a website ? So does it. Html , Css and JS are no more important?

No lol , Wordpress is written in HTML, CSS, JS and PHP & Without those languages Wordpress wouldn't come into existence.Also if you learn them you'll have a better understanding how things work like Wordpress.
At least, There Always people like me who want to learn & do things by themselves.
