Is there any who can guide me with c++ and arduino programming ?

It's really nice to see you so much interested in this stuff.
As for C++, you can find many online resources for it. Remember practice is the key. Fir Robotics you need to get hands on skills I guess, so try to get yourself involved with a society or club associated with robotics because without proper hardware, all your efforts would be just knowledge and not skill.
Try to start by buying an Arduino, and start working.
Official website of Arduino has all tutorials you might need. Plus inbuit examples in its IDE.
So get started and don't wait for someone to tell you everything. Get whatever you can and start building.

Thanks rishab ......yes i have already started ...i am just waiting lockdown to be over so i can by arduino ...i trying to learn arduino programming by trying many apps ..i have also contacted with the people who posted their arduino videos ..due to fininancial problem i am unable to learn code on laptop or computer ...bt still i am practicing it over here ...i am one with screentouch mobile in my family ..bt with old version and less space ..sometimes i am unable to some things ..bt i promise i will do it ..i want to develop my skills ..i just request everyone plz guide me if ever i lost my way ..i will update my progress ...plz help me guys
