The short answer for this is yes it is!

First of all you need to choose only 1 programming language at a time and stick with it. Learn the basic concepts first, then apply them, practice daily on sites like Sololearn, Hacker Rank, Code chef etc.

Although you can learn a language completely but with time the features and syntax changes slightly. New features are added with newer versions. So you need to be updated with it.

In a nutshell, if you stick to 1 language at a time, learn and practice daily, keep a track on new features that are added in newer versions, you can become a master in that language.

1) First join the course in the best institute or join the course online.
