Where can I see leader board in sololearn app ????

you can view leaderboard also in separate app for particular language and global leaderboard. But global shows top 5 then some near you.
and as @Hatsy said also in web.

You can only view the leaderboards at the desktop site.

You can now view your leaderboard in your mobile app.Beside the notification there's a three dot icon, tap it and then tap leaderboard to view following, local and global leaderboard.

i couldn't see local leaderboard from chrome/desktop.
