Could notepad++ run c++ programs?

I know you could write c++ programs but could I run it?

Yes it can.
But you need plugins for notepad npp-exec(I think so).
You will also need an external compiler and then you can compile using notepad++.
But notepad++ can't do it alone so you must get plugins and external compiler.

i dont think so, i think it doesnt have a compiler, try with dev-c++

you can create and modify a c++ script with note++, but you will need a compiler to run the script.
