If i am currently creating a table at sql then suddenly power goes off how can i save the values i have inserted?

Write your SQL sequences in a file, and save this file. Once the SQL sequence is executed, the changes are applied so then there will not be any problem if the power goes off. Also, you can use a code editor like vim which has a backup system to restore files you didn't save before.
