Local and server side, java and php

Question

i have one big problem, javascript is client side, php is server side, so tehnically it is not possible to cal php functions from java, but If i try to take some data from user with java and send to php? in the "man in the middle atack" and some hkr triks someone can wiew data If i use get and post, If client use ie, the attacker can view readable password, in moz, chrome and opera what he can got is some hash. IT is a possible wey to get some data with java, alterate all info and sens them to php?

if is like that the hacker will have to get access to the PC of the user or information like save password on a server
