Plz do what Quinten De Wolf said and restart Ur pc and after then if it's working slow try to remove these garbage .. 1. Run -> temp and delete all files 2. Run -> %temp% and delete all files 3. Run -> prefetch and delete all files I think this would remove unwanted things from your PC and makes it faster.

First try a hard reset by pressing your power button for a few second and restart your pc.If it is still "hanged" try to open task manager (control alt delete) and look for the program that is not responding. You can also use the reliability monitor to look for the problem at the time your computer started freezing. If it still doesn't work i would recommend to start cleaning your fans with compressed air and if possible apply thermal paste on your cpu(to prevent overheating). I hope this helped.

You need another laptop with higher specifications, or upgrade your laptop RAM, use SDD harddrive, and avoid too much multitasking on differsnt windows
