After completing JS and JQuery which programming language should I learn to become a full stack developer

Either Angular or Node.js

You have already learnt some front end so why don't you learn server side programming and in that case you can start learning node.js. https://www.sololearn.com/learn/9660/?ref=app

Obviously HTML and CSS are not programming languages, but it's good to have some knowledge in those. Once you do, I suggest checking out Node.js and React. Node.js is more of a backend library, so I'm suggesting React as a link between frontend and backend.

Why not learn both? You need MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular and Node to be a full MEAN-Stack developer.
