How do we make android apps in phone?

I need to make apps using my android phone. Is there any software to develop android apps.

Yes why not you may use offline IDE for the languages.

Android apps can be created in "android studio" available on play store.
But the developer need to have a good enough knowledge of coding and other necessary ingredients as required.(this is the one way i know about)
I suggest you to read article etc about it on internet.

Well maybe your device in not comfortable for the app so playstore not showing it and it is a very heavy app ask for a lot of RAM and ROM storage.
I had downloaded some time ago.
But this app has not a lot to offer for phones. U need a powerful pc and good coding knowledge for apps development. If you are new to programing i suggest you to earn a lot of coding knowledge first, app development is a high end job.
