Yes you can definitely make a responsive website on your phone. When I started programming about two years ago all I also had was a phone. I only got a computer about 5 months ago. I made this on my phone when I was still starting out https://code.sololearn.com/W00uqxXJnv0y/?ref=app

you know that different browsers are not doing same work like it's not necessary that the webpage which is looking on chrome browser will be same as you see on Microsoft edge And yes you can make your web page on phone but it's difficult to say that it will be responsive because you need to test it on various phones laptops and tablet s once I think don't you?

Look if you are doing this for an business and all you can use wix.com because it's not easy to do that much coding on your mobile Because your android processor is not too much strong to load these things And you can Google the same question on Google you will definitely find a detailed answer

Yes yes and yes you can. For a while now i have been using this ide that is more like vsCode for android, has a high support for js, css and html intellisence, very effective, only this is you need github to store yoir codes, or you can export them. Its available on playstore. To make your work easier, you will need an android keyboard to help in typong because typing uaing the app keyboard is really tiresome, its aroun 5USD The ide is called SPCK, try it out, really helpfull Happy coding 😊 Keep coding 🙏

Yes you can it doesn't matter plateform whre you code just need a text editor and your skills. but it is a little bit difficult to handle and focus on a code which has a large number of lines in it .so usually we prefer to code on a screen of pc 😉
