Is there any Text to Speech TTS engine for Arabic language? (Android)

Question

Google doesn't support Arabic language in its TTS app. Is there any way I can get TTS or at least transliteration for Arabic? (For development obviously)

Martin Taylor the first choice in your answer is for linux. I don't know how to port it to Android
