SOUPTIK NATH oh!! I don't have any idea that you can convert your Web app to mobile app with the phone. Try to buy a simple decent PC so that you can better work.

You can use ionic framework to convert html5 website into and hybrid app.

And use Cordova or PhoneGap with ionic.

SOUPTIK NATH who said that ionic, PhoneGap etc are costly they are free to use. Phonegap is totally free it is open-source and ionic also has free while the ionic pro version is paid.you can use the ionic free version to create your web app to a mobile hybrid app.

It is costly so I want a free alternative to it.
