Next steps in learning web development

Question

I've recently completed HTML, CSS and Javascript tutorials on SoloLearn. I am now looking towards putting it all together so I am after a tutorial which will give me more a big picture, showing me how to organise files and structure them, etc. Can anyone recommend anything? I've downloaded WampServer and am using Atom as an editor. I feel I need to get a bit of practice with these 3 technologies before getting into PHP etc. Any guidance would be really appreciated.

next build a complete web before you learn php.combine html+css+js like build a website company.
