After a lot of thinking, I got it-
The answer is Y.
Solution-
1+1+1+1 = FOUR (R)
2+2+2+2 = EIGHT (T)
3+3+3+3 = TWELVE (E)
4+4+4+4 = SIXTEEN (N)
So, 5+5+5+5 = TWENTY (Y)

Logic :-
One : - R अंग्रेजी अल्फाबेट का 18 वां अक्षर है,18 के अंक में 8 ईकाई के स्थान पर है और 1 दहाई के स्थान पर है उत्तर में दो डिजिट के अंक का पहला अंक (दहाई का अंक ) लेना है, इसलिए R = 1

Two :-- T अंग्रेजी अल्फाबेट का 20 वां अक्षर है इसलिए इसका भी पहला अंक लिया, इसलिए T =2
Three :- E अंग्रेजी अल्फाबेट का 5 वां अक्षर है ,यह नंबर केवल ईकाई में है , दो अंकों में ईकाई दहाई में नहीं है ,इसलिए इसको दो अंकों में बदलने के लिए गिनती जारी रखनी पड़ेगी, 27 वें नंबर पर फिर से A आएगा और 31 वें नंबर पर E आएगा, अब चूंकि 31 नंबर की दहाई स्थित संख्या 3 है इसलिए E = 3
Four : - N वैसे तो अंग्रेजी अल्फाबेट का 14 नंबर है, मगर सवाल में इसकी वेल्यू E के बाद दर्शाई गई है अतः 31 के बाद गिनती जारी रखते हुए N अक्षर पुनः 40 वें नंबर पर आता है, इसलिए N = 4 हुआ
Five :- 40 वें नंबर पर N आने के बाद आगे गिनती जारी रखो , 50 वें नंबर पर X ( एक्स )आएगा,

Three: - E is the 5th letter of English alphabet, this number is only in the unit, the unit is not in the tenth of the two digits, so counting to change it in two digits will continue, again A will return to 27th position and E will arrive at the number 31, now because the number of tenth number is 31, therefore E = 3
Four: - N is the number 14 in the English alphabet, but in the question its value is shown after E. So keeping the counting after 31, the letter N returns to the 40th number, hence N = 4
