The best value of a Pro membership is the code coach challenges. These are small realistic codes that are useful practice. Avoiding the ads is nice. The remainder items are not really important. You can see people that are near you based on their and your last reported location even if it was months ago. You can see everyone that looked at your profile this week.

I forgot about the daily goal. You pick the minutes setting. They count them daily and show a weeks worth. Each day reports total, social, learning, and practicing. 60 minutes is the maximum setting. I normally get 300 to 600. However, I think there are reporting issues as I spent hours finishing new modules recently and got 0 learning minutes. I got 60 minutes learning yesterday having spent 20 minutes answering Kotlin course comments. I spend hours answering messages and got 72 minutes for social. My practice seemed low at 132 minutes. I expected 200.
