How to delete Python from my PC

Question

I've downloaded python on my PC but I did this wrong, and a wonted to delete Python to download it again, so I uninstall python in python installer, but it still in my computer, then I uninstall python in CCleaner but unsuccessful.
So what should I do?
(Now Python doesn't work)

1. Go to settings.
2. Open "install uninstall apps"
3. Click on python app and press uninstall.

ok ok when I press uninstall it sends me to python installer again and it still doesn't work
