How to create app using android phone?

Question

I have started to learn java and tried to create simple Hello world app, so I downloaded IDE, such as Spck Editor and JS Run, but any my code does not work in these apps. Maybe I did not set project settings correctly (for Spck Editor). I also wrote AndroidManifest.xml, MainActivity.java, Strings.xml for making simple output string app, but that doesn't work.
There are many tutorial videos about coding in Android Studio using pc, but are there any tutorials and teaching materials for coding using android phone?

Actually spck editor just highlights the syntax for other languages like python,java and so on
