Do you advise me to start learning the python course on solo learn or start course about basic of computer science on another app which called brilliant the topics covered in it

This basics course will teach you a basic understanding of how computing works from a natural language view. I would recommend you to take this course first. Sololearn teaches more the syntax-specific basics of languages.

I reccomend finishing sololearn's tutorial then moving on to that app
If you think your more experienced you should start that app.
