lmfit

Question

Dear all,

I am new to this and trying to use “lmfit” for fitting a non linear curve fitting to my data.
I understand how to do when it is just have x and y axis with lmfit.
in my case, i do have data in 2 by 2 by 6 matrices, since all are coupled, i need to fit my data (experimental points) and extract the rate constant’s happening in the reaction.
Can i still use lmfit to fit such a model ?
LHS = data of 2 by 2 by 6 = RHS = 2 by 2 . 2 by 2 of params matrices, and those 6 rate constant’s should be estimated.
