HI SO MY FRIEND HAS A CODYCHAT SITE IS THERE ANYWAY TO TURN IT INTO A IOS AND ANDROID APP? SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS MY KEYBOARD IS BROKE

Ionic is a good option if you want to convert it to an offline app. If you want to just convert it to an app that runs your website try Adobe PhoneGap.

In my opinion, it would be better to just create a progressive web app using service workers. The user can choose to add to home screen and it will function like an app.

Web apps will require internet to access them so don't waste you time for converting it to iOS or android because it will work in both without conversion.
