Why some of the plugins are not supported?

I was trying to run a code with a mathJax plugin which is simply '.js' JavaScript file, but it seems SoloLearn has intensionally created an editor which should not support some of the plugins? Is your experience same too!? If yes, then are you able to find reason behind this?
