the most user friendly I think would be visual basic, since I hear it has visual programming. however I hear bad stuff about it so I don't recommend it. otherwise, I might recommend python as it's known as a language for beginner coders to learn.

the most advanced language overall I think is too broad of a question, and I don't think can really be answered, or at least I don't know the answer.
