Object Oriented THREE.js?

I successfully imported and setup THREE.js, but the moment I used objects, the canvas glitched out. I've already asked this question but got no answer. Please help.

Mirielle You can see the cube constantly overlaps each time it loops. While in this code it doesn't.

I'm trying draw shapes using objects, it works the long way, but using objects causes the overlap
