I want to ask something ...is necessary if I want to be web developer, to have an idea about web design or is 2 different pages?

Yes, I think it is necessary as it helps you in your learning process. You need to know a little about web design so you are better equipped in the real world. Though its all your choice, knowing web design helps you to know what is expected of you and how to adapt to the changes. you dont want to be tasked to design a certain feature, you dint even know exists.
