Many things could have gone wrong:
1- You never posted the question. Maybe you think you did but network was unavailable at that time. Server issues are common.
2- You deleted your question by mistake. Not very probable.
3- The question did not followed the community guidelines and was marked for deletion by the moderation team. Notice that this includes unclear and frequently asked questions.

Your previous question might be inappropriate or offtopic and someone might have reported and the mods have deleted it.

If you have noticed you can see a mfd tag which means marked for deletion :)
