My suggestion, between the two of them, is to study React.
It's more "mature". You can combine it with Redux & Flex in the future.
Also with React Native you can make mobile apps.

I think much easier (and probably better) is to study reactjs for junior, because it’s just a simple library for building and composing isolated components. you can learn it gradually. opposite angular is a huge framework with its own archtecture and approaches. you will have to learn a lot (typescript, oop, DI) to understand how it works. and react community much wider, so you can easely google an answers almost any your questions. in other words it has lower entry threshold.
