Can we develop application with python only?

Hmmmm why not . Its possible to build a app with python. Learn kivy for android app and these are many modules like pyqt5 and tkinter for the GUI also

GUI is what?
Graphical user interface only.
And to use GUI,there are many modules in python like tkinter, turtle.
